Saul Krochmal, President: New Business: (1) Please see Alfredo if you wish to join. (2) The Chapter will pay the $55 fee per member for those who attended the CPR class. (3) The Regional Directory is here, come and get one up front. (4) Be very careful that employees are covered by insurance and are members.(5) Eric Neilson tells of the BORD meeting in Oakland this coming weekend which he will be attending Old Business: None

MIKE SIDOTI, Treasurer: Reads reports for past 3 months, attached.

JEFF STEINBACH, Social Activities: Fishing trip was a great success.

BILL JACKSON, Secretary: Minutes accepted as printed in newsletter.

RICK PALCOVIC, Education Chair: None.

DAVE LOPEZ, Web Master: The web program crashed. Dave makes a motion, and seconded, to have the Chapter cover the cost of a new one at $200 and up. After discussion it is decided that Dave will make the decision on which program to purchase. Passed by a show of hands
